Yes, the property has private parking.
Are there internal stairs?
Yes. The maisonette has two levels connected by an internal marble staircase. There is also step-free access from the garden directly into the bedroom. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking to discuss the layout and your needs.
Can I work from the property?
There is a workspace and Wi-Fi with a 200+ Mbps fibre connection.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:30 and check-out is by 11:00.
Is early check-in available?
Early check-in is available at no extra charge, subject to availability. It can be confirmed the evening before your arrival.
Can I check out later?
Late check-out until 18:00 is available subject to availability and an additional charge.
How do I collect the keys?
We welcome you in person and show you around the property. Alternatively, self check-in can be arranged, with instructions sent before your arrival.

The maisonette has independent natural gas heating with a thermostat, so you can set your preferred temperature.

- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to book.
- Balance payment
- The remaining balance is payable on arrival, at check-in.
- Cancellations
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or a no-show, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. No additional charge applies.
